In fact, Jodi, I was laughing so hard over the difference between my imagination and the reality when I saw this the other day that I had to post it. Fresca, it's his lyrics, "I realize that I was blind."...Oh, that always got me, same as "Getting over you was slow." Give me a man who recognizes in any way his total missing-the-pointedness and who manages to come back and express his broken heart over me, and I'm hooked for life... Anna, I know, somehow that demeanor is endearing...why? Probably only uptight white people like me get that... Yes, sorta like Mike, except, I can mainly only remember him and the other youth group guys (besides Doug) in their 70s garb and demeanor - you've seen more of them more recently. I found it somewhat amusing to note the juxtaposition between the words of the song and his demeanor - "I go crazy..." and he's so controlled and calm, it's really difficult to believe.
