there are days (at least, one has come along)…
…when I sit, blinking at my screen, catching up on blog posts adorned by spring and fall, crafting and healing. And then I wander under the amazing brightness of our solar tube, then out through the back door into sunniness, remembering, yes, it’s WARM. Ahh.

Tim got pictures Saturday. Oil on the nose and feet. A pretty chain clasped round the neck with a towel, and many hugs. The back of her robe. The front. I don’t know much, but I know my daughter’s happy (holding an icon of St. Nina).

also going on…
…this past weekend was my son’s Shakespeare troupe’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. He played Bottom, though of course as his mother I considered him the top. All the actors did well, buoyed by amazing costumes, makeup, and lighting. They’re done with performances now…a bittersweet thought. I can’t wait for the video and bonus … Continue reading
